UDEY-FRIVO series AC POWER SOURCES are solid state frequency converters offering the most cost-effective and flexible way of providing dependable and accurate frequency and voltage conversion for low power single-phase applications.

Frequency converters are used to convert existing AC power supply into stable and pure sine wave power supply of required frequency. In UDEY-FRIVO series this is achieved through AC DC AC conversion. Microprocessor is used as its heart with SPWM circuits, IGBT module adopting technologies such as ‘digital frequency division, D/A conversion, instantaneous feedback and Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation.

UDEY-FRIVO easily converts mains 220V AC 50 Hz supply to Variable Output Frequency and Variable Output frequency as under:

  1. 0 150300V 50 Hz

  2. 0150300V 60 Hz

  3. 0150300V 45 70 Hz

  4. 0150300V 100 Hz (Not available in FRIVO 53 and 55)

  5. 0150300V 200 Hz (Not available in FRIVO 53 and 55)

  6. 0150300V 400 Hz

Control is via front panel knobs.

Protection for ‘Short-circuit’, ‘Over-current’, ‘Over-load’ and ‘Over-heat’ is provided to ensure proper operation with audio alarm.

UDEY-FRIVO is built in single unit sheet steel cabinets. Output is available on 3-pin sockets for connecting the load. The power supply is very compact and low in weight.
