UDEY TESTER-US-56I is microprocessor controlled AC/DC Hipot with Insulation Resistance Tester. US-561 is designed to perform high voltage withstand and insulation resistance tests on various types of electrical products, systems and components.

Machine Feature

• AC/DC withstand tests and Insulation resistance tests.
• IR test mode: IR can be performed independently or in sequence with Dielectric Withstand test.
• User selectable output voltage frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
• Setup of trip current and output voltage without the high voltage activated.
• Store and Recall test set-up memories.
• All parameters are set up through simple menu driven program on screen.
• Line load regulation from no load to full load.
• Front ‘Keys’ can be locked providing limited user access so that only authorized personnel with unlock code can modify test parameters.
• Backlit LCD display allows monitoring of 100uA AC and 20uA DC: Useful when test requirements only allow a very low level of acceptable leakage current.
• Advance A/D conversion, Uses ‘Digital frequency synthesis’ technology to achieve perfect AC test power with crest factor of 1.35-1.45
• Electronic settings: ‘Test Voltage’, ‘High / Low limits of current’, ‘Ramp up time’, ‘Dwell time’.
• Backlit LCM display
• Indicators: Flashing ‘HV ON’, ‘PASS’ and ‘FAIL’ indicators.
