This program has been specifically designed to secure customer loyalty and to help you, our Partners, enhance your profitability. ??Differentiating Your Business – Levels of Partnership The UDEY partner levels lets your customers know that you are dedicated to helping them meet their evolving testing and measurement needs, enabling them to concentrate more on their business and less on testing product issues. ??
We have four levels of partners as under:
Authorized Distributor:
A UDEY Authorized Distributor has committed to working together to meet customers ongoing testing and measuring needs. Through investments in skills competencies and revenue growth, the Authorized Distributor demonstrates to customers a level of commitment that ensures that the products and services provided are of very high quality. The Distributor at this level provides limited access to a level of benefits to help ensure your success.
In this, exclusive marketing is given to the distributor for an specific area. Of course, we will not make any direct sales in that area without consulting the Authorized Distributor. Only ONE authorized distributor is appointed in each state. The distributor marketing rights is limited to retail and general industry only. The distributor does not have the right to participate in Government tenders.
Authorized Agent:
The agent has the exclusive right in a specific area or for specific Government body tenders like Discoms, Transco, Genco, Railways, educational institutes etc. or for specific tender.
The authorized agent will only participate in Government tenders. The agent does not have the right to retail and general industries.
Authorized Dealer:
As an entry-level participant in our program, the UDEY Authorized dealer has stated a desire to provide customers with quality products and latest technologies.
Members at this level have easy access to a range of resources to help them stay current on the latest UDEY solutions. As the needs of the Authorized dealer evolve, so too can their level of participation in the UDEY Partner Program.
The Authorized dealer will work directly with us (Direct quotes, sales, delivery from us) till the time an Authorized distributor is appointed in their area. Once Authorized distributor is appointed the Authorized dealer will be working through the appointed Authorized distributor. Then all sales will be through the Authorized distributor. No direct sales.
Authorized Liaison Representative:
As an entry-level participant in our program, the UDEY Authorized liaison representative has stated a desire to represent our company to customers with quality products and latest technologies. Liaison Rep required only in those areas where there is no authorized distributor.
Liaison Rep will represent our company in the specified area. As the needs of the Liaison Rep.evolve, so Liaison Rep can raise level of participation in the UDEY Partner Program.
The Authorized Liaison Rep will work directly with us. He would contact customer when we provide leads, or by himself he will look out for new customer with information to us, so that any business generated from that customer would get him commission.
Direct quotes, supplies will be made to customers and commission would be paid to the Liaison Rep as mutually agreed.
